Because of the great value it will add to your building, Exxiss Security offers the following additional services only to our Remote Managed and Alarm Monitoring customers.
Entry Phone Monitoring is included at no additional charge. Exxiss Security will assist your tenants and allow tenant access in to the building (or gate) upon receiving verifiable credentials that are maintained for your location in our systems database. Doorman entry services can be provided at an additional cost. Entry phones are also available for purchase.

Elevator Phone Monitoring, ADA or Non-ADA, can be included for only $25 (+ tax) per month. This fee includes up to two elevator cabs. ADA Elevator Phones are also available for purchase.
