Electronic Asset Tracking & Protection
Emergency Communication Phones
Entry Phone Systems and Intercom Systems.
Monitoring Services include Alarms, Fire Alarms, GPS Tracking, Emergency Phone and Remote System Management of Access Control Systems.
Non-Contract Service during regular business hours will be provided as follows: M–F 8am–5pm
Non-Contract Service during after hours will be provided as follows: M–Th 5pm–8am, Fri. 5pm–Mon 8am and all EXS Holidays
Emergency Service to be defined as doors unlocked without power failure and will be provided a 4 hr response. It is the sole the responsibility of the customer to provide contract guard service or other means of securing door(s) in any event system cannot be repaired.

Monitoring Services include Alarms, Fire Alarms, GPS Tracking, Emergency Phone and Remote System Management of Access Control Systems.
Non-Contract Service during regular business hours will be provided as follows: M–F 8am–5pm
- Service personnel will be on site within 48 hours (excluding emergency service)
- Service calls are billed at a 2 hour minimum – Current Rates $110 p/hr
- Service call begins when a service technician leaves one client’s site to the next
- Service call is billed in 30 minute increments after minimum requirements are met
Non-Contract Service during after hours will be provided as follows: M–Th 5pm–8am, Fri. 5pm–Mon 8am and all EXS Holidays
- Service personnel will be on site within 24 hours (excluding emergency service)
- Service calls after hours are billed at a 2 hour minimum – Current Rates as follows:
- M–Th 5pm–8am, Fri. 5pm–Mon 8am - $225 p/hr, $75 truck roll
- EXS Holidays - $475 p/hr, $75 truck roll
- Service calls begin when a service technician is en route
- Service call is billed in 30 minute increments after minimum requirements are met
- Is reserved for unsecured buildings and/or scheduled inspections
